·       Pay on Delivery (POD): Currently unavailable for all orders.

·       Note: Pay on Delivery may be introduced at a later time. Any updates will be communicated clearly on the site.

3. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placement for a full refund (if applicable).
  • After 8 hours, cancellations may not be possible as order processing and sourcing begin immediately.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order ID.

4. Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and availability of products.
  • Pay-on-delivery is not available in all regions; we will notify you at checkout if this applies.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Replacements are offered for products with manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility requires:
    • Product in original condition with packaging intact.
    • No user-induced damage (e.g., water damage, screen cracks, misuse).
  • No cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • Return shipping and logistics for faulty items will be handled by ihvn, pending confirmation of the issue.
  • No replacements or returns for change-of-mind or non-faulty products.

6. Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • All products are sourced from verified sellers; currently, Apple Street.
  • Warranty coverage (if any) will be clearly specified in the product description.
  • ihvn is not liable for warranty claims beyond what is offered by the original seller or manufacturer.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use ihvn’s services for:

  • Reselling products purchased unless otherwise agreed.
