What is your return policy?

At ihvn, we do not offer returns for cash refunds, unless specifically stated on the product page. However, we do provide replacements for products with factory or manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:
user-induced damage (like cracked screens or water damage) are not eligible for replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via Paystack, which supports major cards, mobile money, and bank transfers in Ghana.

Pay on Delivery is currently unavailable for all items.

Any updates to available payment methods will be clearly stated on the product page.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?


Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 8 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may already be processed or in transit and can no longer be changed. To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, ihvn only ships within Ghana. We’re working on expanding our delivery options and will announce when international shipping becomes available.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Ghana typically takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location and the product’s supplier. Some items may ship faster if they are in stock and ready to dispatch. For more accurate delivery timelines, please check the product description or contact our support team.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is not offered by default.

However, orders above ₵5,000 qualify for free shipping.

In addition, certain products or promotional offers may include free shipping—this will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
